This wasn't anything against doctor carp. This is about the office workers i had a $15000 procedure done with this company which I signed up for. I was able to get free botox and other rewards for spending that much money. After many issues back and forth on holidays because they insisted on me paying for this because I don't know if they didn't think I had the money or not.I explained to them, would I get the benefits stated on there website. So unable to buy this on their website, I was forced to pay over the phone, which now disqualifies me for them free benefits and rewards that I would have got. So i'm thinking myself, I just paid you fifteen thousand dollars and you can't give me a simple two hundred dollars reward, guess what my wife's breast augmentation, we're going somewhere else. And nothing against mr carp this is for the bulldog office woman. Im sure if they would tell the owner what happen he would make it right. Oh well ill take my business else. Update the responsed with a bs statement this isnt about payment this is the fact you guys wont honor a promotion that your website crashed on and wont credit my.account when i know it can be done.

I had 3 procedures done and I do not regret. Expectations matched the results. This is a company that would tell you what you need to hear rather than what you want. I find the ability to trust Carpe over other professionals in this industry. Jessica Sparrow was the one who scheduled me and worked with me as well. She, and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable and patient.
