I want to start by saying the staff here is fantastic — they are professional, kind, and genuinely care about their clients. I always felt well taken care of during my visits, and they deserve a lot of credit for their hard work. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for the management. Scheduling is chaotic, communication is poor, and it feels like the team is constantly under pressure because of disorganization at the top. It’s frustrating to see such talented staff being let down by the leadership behind the scenes.

I had a fabulous experience with Natalina. She was kind, knowledgeable and friendly. She discussed my concerns and skin needs with me and offered different options. Definitely going back.

Love getting my facials with Natalina. She is super gentle, knows exactly what my skin needs, and always leaves me glowing. The whole experience is so relaxing, I wouldn't go anywhere else!
