I have had several surgeries at La Jolla Cosmetic Surgery Center and cant say enough good things about this facility. This is the best place you could choose for a cosmetic procedure, Ive been a patient there since 2007! I can highly reccomend Dr. Diana Breister Ghosh, she is so skilled and a master at performing any kind of breast surgery. I had 19 year old silicone implants, one had ruptured, a lot of scar tissue and a whole lot going on. She did an unbelieveable job with the explant/capsulectomy combined with a reduction and lift. I am so happy with the results! Her bedside manner, her perfection in all that she does and the way she truly cares about her patients is truly amazing.

She defended in court a male plastic surgeon (John Alexander II) who performed a labiaplasty on a patient without consent in 2022 while the patient was already sedated for another operation because he personally thought they were “too big”.

I’m only one day post-op from a breast reduction and I have zero pain. I was a DDD/G and I’m now a small D big C Dr. Breister Ghosh Is the best in SD! She is so sweet and caring and has a great bedside manner. I highly recommend DBG Plastic Surgery

Perfection! Dr.Breister Ghosh is an exceptionally skilled plastic surgeon. She is so informative and kind. Dr. Breister Ghosh cares greatly about her patients and listens to their concerns. She makes sure to involve her patients in the planning process of their procedure. My results are amazing. I would definitely recommend Dr. Breister Ghosh to anyone who is looking for a fantastic surgeon.
