Dr. Boynton and his staff have been a God send to me. I was able to have my 20 year old saline breast implants removed in office under local anesthesia. I was treated with the upmost care and professionalism ever! I trust Dr. Boynton with everything! He is kind and listens. He is not pushy or out to make a quick buck. He is an expert in his field without a doubt. You will not have a med spa questionable experience. This is a professional doctor with only your best interest at heart. Please go see him before you go anywhere else! You will not regret it! Shout out to Nurse Rose! You are my favorite human out there! Thank you for making me feel so comfortable! I could not have asked for better!

I recently had power-assisted lipo-contouring of the chest and bilateral nipple reduction performed in office by Dr. James Boynton. My reason for doing so was the result of having had gynecomastia surgery about 20 years ago with another plastic surgeon who has since retired. I felt that there were some residual irregularities that could be further addressed by Dr. Boynton. I met with him at the office and discussed all of my concerns. After reviewing some slides and discussing all of my options, I went with the aforementioned procedure. This was performed fully awake under local anesthesia in little less than an hour. While I had some initial apprehension about forgoing general anesthesia, I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience and result. The pain was minimal to non-existent, and the level of professionalism, skillfulness and care are second to none. The entire staff is great and the communication is outstanding. I highly recommend his practice and the office is free to provide my contact info if anyone wants to hear about my experience in further detail.

Dr. Boynton and his team were incredibly welcoming and compassionate! My mother needed reconstructive surgery after having cancer removed from her ear, and her experience was truly exceptional. Dr. Boynton and his staff treated her like family, ensuring she felt completely at ease throughout the process. Her ear is healing beautifully, and Dr. Boynton provided expert care at every stage. Not only does her ear look amazing, but he also skillfully repaired two complete holes in a single in-office procedure. I’m beyond grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and dedication to their patients!

If you are looking to start feeling confident in yourself again, this is the place to go! Not only does Dr.Boynton and his staff make you feel welcomed and take care of you every step of the way, the results are OUTSTANDING!! I had a breast reduction with a lift and I am in awe with how amazing it is. I feel so much better physically and mentally about myself. I can’t wait to see Dr. Boynton do some more magic on me in the future!

I cannot express enough how good of an experience I had with Dr. Boynton and his team! I had a nanofat procedure with Dr. Boynton a little over a year ago and it was such a great experience for me from start to finish. I inquired about this procedure as I was searching for skin quality rejuvenation after I had experienced damage to my skin from a previous procedure with a different clinic. The moment I met Dr. Boynton I felt listened to and like he truly cared about my situation I was going through with my skin. I had been to other surgeons prior to him where I felt dismissed, unheard, and ultimately very uncomfortable, but Dr. Boynton made me feel the complete opposite - safe, at ease, and understood. I knew I was in good hands and felt confident that I would see an improvement in my skin after the procedure. The procedure itself went SO well. I was very swollen (100% to be expected!), but I hardly had any bruising at all due which I believe was due to Boynton's gentle technique. The area where my fat was taken from also healed beautifully. In just about 3 months time I started to see a huge improvement in the quality of my skin and at 6 months I was blown away with my results. I looked exactly like myself before, but with glowing plump skin, much smaller pores, tightness in areas that were previously starting to sag, and skin that made me finally exude confidence again since my skin damage! I am sooo happy that I found Dr. Boynton and that I chose to get this procedure with him. I highly recommend Dr. Boynton for any and all of your future surgeries!
