Upon arrival, you’re instantly put at ease by the friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. Wendy was the nurse that I had most contact with, she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any of my pre-op or post-op questions.Upon arrival, you are immediately put at ease by the friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. Wendy, the nurse with whom I had the most contact, was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful in answering any pre-operative or post-operative questions I had. Dr.Lucas is very straightforward about managing your expectations even if it isn’t what you wanted to hear. I am extremely grateful for the time he spent calculating his plan. Dr.Lucas exceeded my expectations of the end result.
