This was my first experience here. The NP, Christian, and his MA were so nice. The explanation about treatments were thorough and easy to understand. They were very good at helping me feel better about finding the light at the end of the tunnel for my acne. They listened to me and didn't push me out the door like a lot of other offices do. Highly satisfied with my first experience here.

My experience at Westlake Dermatology was beyond my expectations. I have had chronic severe dry and painful skin for years. At previous dermatology appointments at other practices I felt that no one listened to my concerns. I prepared for my appointment thinking I’d have to go in fighting to advocate for my needs and health care. My experience was the exact opposite of what I feared. Dr. Fowler was so attentive, she listened to all of my concerns, and came up with a health care plan that exceeded my expectations. Glenda was also so helpful & I could feel how genuinely invested she was in my new skincare journey. Her and Dr. Fowler are the perfect team - both were such great listeners and really showed that they cared about helping me with my condition. I’ve been raving all week to my friends and colleagues about how wonderful the care was at Westlake Dermatology was, how incredible Dr. Fowler treated me, how nice the staff and facilities were, and how excited I am to start my new medication to help my eczema. I think this is honestly the best healthcare experience I’ve had. I am genuinely happy and excited to be on this healthcare journey with Dr. Fowler and Westlake Dermatology. I cannot recommend this practice enough!
