I had to have an a procedure ASAP but didn’t want to go to Knoxville or Nashville. I had never met Dr Hoops & picked him after reading reviews, After examining me he agreed I needed procedure right away! 45 minutes later I was in his procedure sterile room having my issue fixed! This was not on his schedule but didn’t matter, he did what needed to happen pronto! His staff are super friendly, welcoming & smiles galore! I would recommend him & this practice to anyone that needs a plastic surgeon. Thanks Dr. Hoops & your wonderful staff! Susan

One time I messed my finger up at work I did not have the money to get anything done He done everything that needed doing He got me to sign a contract promising to pay 1 cent a month He had nothing to gain I don't have the money for surgery but if I did he would be the one He done my sister in laws last year great job but also a great person

23 years ago Dr Hoops did my breadt implants. Although he insists I should've had them redone a long time ago, he has to admit they are still fabulous lol. He shouldn't have done such a great job or I would've been back sooner. So many people I know have commented how great and natural a job he does. The past few years I have gained about 50 pounds. Well the girls also got bigger. Who would've thought? Now they sort of sag. I'm hoping to go back soon and have them redone plus some other work. After hitting my 50s seems my skin has changed. And I have connective tissue disease. Which doesn't help. Anyway, I work in the medical field and I'm super picky about drs. I hardly go to drs and only ones I trust. I would recommend Dr Hoops. He's the only one I would trust for anything and know I could go in and let him do anything with a scalpel and I would wake up looking better. I know a lot of people have had a lot of pain after breast implants and trouble moving arms at first but I had very little if any pain after mine. I hardly even took my pain meds. Dr Hoops is so gentle. God has gifted him with the ability to transform anything. I swear he has a magic wand he waves while you're under lol.

I had an appointment with Dr. Hoops this morning, it was about a scar that I have had for well over a decade now that has always bothered me. And I wanted to share my experience with the public of what happened during my appointment, Dr.Hoops in my opinion is a very honest person. He told me that there was really nothing that he could do because the scar was not deep enough to make a significant improvement if treated. He in my opinion is a very honest person because I have in the past several years had different plastic surgeons in the area take money from me and told me that they could do something that they quite frankly just could not do. Dr. hoops had the opportunity to take advantage of me and he chose not to and I respect him for that. Dr. Hoops was very honest and frank with me and I really do appreciate that. I would recommend Dr. Hoops to anyone who wants to be treated fairly.
