I cannot recommend Mr. Trengrove as a plastic surgeon as he refused to do work for me. Therefore, I can't comment on his expertise in that area. My sister went to him and liked him so I made an appointment. I am a school teacher that lives within a budget so I was asking for separate services, eye area for example, then later neck, etc. After the consultation, he said no, he would not work on me. He said I smoked and that precluded me from using him as a plastic surgeon. According to his website, he sees up to 90 patients a day. I can imagine that many of those folks are smokers. I believe he said no for a different reason. If you have unlimited resources and do not have to think about spending money, he might be the doctor for you. As I said, my sister really liked him. If you have a budget and have to consider the cost of things before you purchase, this is the wrong plastic surgeon for you in my opinion. He does have an excellent esthetician in his office, named Shari Primm Melillo, who is excellent. I have seen her often in the past and highly recommend her services.

Let me start out by saying I LOVE Dr. Jones and his staff! I referred to Dr.Jones by my hairstylist and once I went for my consultation I knew he would be my surgeon. He is funny yet professional and you can tell how much he loves his craft. I have had 2 surgeries and a total of 4 procedures with Dr. Jones and I am beyond pleased. I lost 117 pounds and needed some skin removal. My first surgery was in July 2024 which was a breast lift and brachioplasty. I had little to no pain after surgery and healed beautifully. Three months later I had a skin removed from my abdomen with a tummy tuck and lipo on my thighs. I also had two areas of muscle repair along with my surgery. Again my recovery had minimal pain and discomfort. So much so I had to ask at my first check-up if they did the right surgery...lol! The staff is so amazingly nice and professional and they treat you like family. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Jones and his staff for any of your plastic surgery needs. He is hands down the best surgeon in the 757.

I had top surgery done and I cannot believe how amazing I feel about myself. Having struggled with my gender dysphoria and not finding surgeons to take me due to my BMI. Dr.Trengove-Jones was absolutely amazing and worth it. I feel that my body is beautiful now, and I now can appreciate myself that much more. I love how my chest is shaped as well, and my healing process has been great as well. No complications with healing or during surgery. I was a bit weary at first coming to see him, because I had never heard of him mentioned anywhere. However, I am so so happy with choosing him as my surgeon. He is well versed and educated in this type of surgery. My family and friends say that I look great as well. I feel more confident as i am also a black man. He is a great doctor and I owe my highest regards to him. I am classified as obese for reference and I had fairly large breasts. I can say for sure that he is reliable. The staff and nurses are just fantastic as well. Thank you doctor Jones for changing my life for the better.

I received a letter in the mail threatening to sue me if I don’t pay almost $3,000. For what? I’ve never been here nor have I received plastic surgery. I’ve never even received a phone call from them either about any debt. Not to mention I’ve always had insurance. Bad business practices.
