I got saline C cups from him years ago, developed massive capsular contracture on my right side that took three attempts by a World renowned Beverly Hills surgeon to fix and replace with silicone instead, and they were incredibly hard. My advice, don’t do saline, don’t go cheaper and after surgery, take fish oil and vitamin B for a few months help prevent complications.
