Dr Seth is a genius!!! He fixed my nose which was broken in an accident and collapsed my septum on the inside and aesthetically was horribly crooked and deformed on the outside. I had already had 2 rhinoplasty’s prior to my accident and i was terrified no one would be able to fix me. He was so confident he could return me to my prior nose and not only did he deliver on his promise but he made my nose 10x better than it ever was even after the first two rhinoplasty’s. And that is NOT an easy task, based on what countless other doctors told me when i was searching for the perfect doctor. He also performed chin lipo, renuvion, and jaw contouring. He absolutely crushed it on every procedure and improved my appearance while making sure i still looked natural and like myself. He also accepts insurance which is HUGE. His staff and surgical team were exceptional. I’ve had a few cosmetic procedures prior and i can say 100% Dr Seth’s team is the best I’ve ever experienced. He truly care about doing right by his patient and his prices are very affordable compared to some other surgeons despite the fact he is UCSF fellowship trained and he is truly the best of the best. He is the crown jewel of cosmetic surgeons in San Francisco.

Dr. Seth deserves 7 starts, but we only have 5! I had a deviated septum, enlarged turbinate and some other issues which made breathing through my nose almost impossible specially during sleep. Therefore visited 4 ENT and plastic surgeons. First one was an idiot! He ordered CT, MRI and made referrals about everything, but did not know what to do about my nose and was not able to answer any of my questions. Second one was knowledgeable but a bit young, hence I decided to continue my search because experience also matters. Third one was very knowledgeable, experienced, and honest. He answered all my questions and told me that my case is quite a difficult one therefore he introduced me to Dr. Seth and mentioned he has more experience with difficult cases like mine. Visited Dr. Seth and found him a great person. Very knowledgeable, experienced, confident, and trustable. Immediately realized I do not need to look any further and I have found the one... About three weeks before surgery Physician Assistant Farah Yahyavi sent me a very detailed and informative guide on what needs to be done and expected before and after surgery which was very useful. On the day of surgery, I was so relaxed as I knew I was in good hands. Kudos to the whole team at El Camino hospital as well. Did not have any pain after surgery. Very little swelling and bruise which went away quickly. Splints were removed on day 5 and I was able to breath like never before. Such a relief… About 1.5 month has passed from the surgery day and there is still a bit of numbness in some areas such as the tip of my nose and one of my upper teeth which I believe is normal and should go away soon. All in I am very satisfied and grateful. If you visit a doctor and see any red flags or feel unsure, run away, and run to Dr. Seth! I highly recommend him.

Dr. Seth performed my FFS last month and it was by far the most ideal experience I could imagine with regards to a procedure like this. My results are better than I could ever imagine, and the healing was relatively easy and painless. Him and his staff are caring, answer every question within a very timely manner, and assuage any and all anxieties with ease. He is truly an expert in his field and the care he has for his work is abundantly evident. If you want to undergo FFS, Dr. Seth should be your top choice.
