Procedures done: Rhinoplasty, Lower Blepharoplasty, and Chin Implant. I couldn’t be happier with the results – my face is much more refined, and I feel so much more beautiful. Best decision I have made coming here! From my first consultation with Dr. Kadz until the end of my surgery was easy. Jessica was really helpful throughout the process. Dr Kadz was very understanding on what I wanted and answered all my questions and gave me the results I wanted in the end. The day of my surgery I was nervous and the nurses helped me relaxed and comforted me the whole time there. Lastly, Dav the anesthesiologist was amazing! He made it really comforting for myself especially since I was really nervous. He made me feel safe and checked up on me afterwards also. This office has a really good team and took really good care of me. I will be back in the future if I need anything else done. Thank you!

This turned out to be a Beverly Hillls Chop Shop to say the least. As a patient, I understand that medical professionals are busy, but I was deeply troubled by the dismissive and rude attitude I encountered from Dr. Kadz after I had already made my decision to pay for the surgery and follow thru with the procedure. Instead of receiving the respectful and informative responses I expected, I was met with a cold, dismissive attitude. Dr. Kadz seemed uninterested in my concerns and cut me off when I asked questions, which made me feel both uncomfortable and unwelcome in the environment. I was hoping for a professional and empathetic interaction, especially considering I had already committed financially to the surgery. The experience left me feeling disrespected, and I left the office feeling more anxious and uncertain than I had before the visit. As a paying patient, I believe I deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, and I certainly didnt expect to be made to feel inferior or bothersome for seeking clarification.
