I started seeing Dr. Bassiri in 2018 for Botox and filler, and I can confidently say he’s a true artist at what he does. He has an incredible eye for facial balancing — he knew exactly what my face needed to look natural and refreshed. His attention to detail and precision are unmatched. Dr. B is honest, confident, and has the best bedside manner — he makes you feel completely comfortable and at ease. When he moved to the city, I tried other local injectors, but no one even came close to his level of expertise. He’s a master of his craft and absolutely worth the trip to NYC every time — I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face!

After 2 rhinoplasties with other surgeons, I got a tip stitch rhinoplasty with Dr Bassiri-Tehrani and it fixed any outstanding problems that I had with my nose. The operation was quick and painless, and the pain during the recovery was very minimal. After the first day of the surgery, it’s been pretty pain free - I am currently one week out. Dr. Bassiri and his staff are wonderful to work with and I couldn’t recommend this more!

I only have great things about Dr. Bassiri, his office and team. You know you’ve found a good Dr./ surgeon when they’re focused on wanting to make you look your best without ever making you look fake/ overdone. Dr. Bassiri is extremely meticulous and a perfectionist, always making sure myself and him are happy with the results. He’s also extremely informative and knowledgeable and takes his time discussing all options. Himself and his receptionist are also so fun and easy to get along with which makes the process so much more enjoyable. I got a tip stitch done with him after having a former rhinoplasty done 10+ years ago with a different doctor. The procedure was painless and easy. Both Dr. Bassiri and his surgical assistant were so fun throughout the procedure making sure I felt comfortable. I was awake and the whole procedure only took about 40 minutes. The healing process was just as seamless and I was out with friends the night of the surgery. I had no bruising, hardly any swelling and only had pain the night of. Friday was the day of my procedure and by Tuesday I was back at work without tape. I am so happy with my results, it’s exactly what I was looking for. No one would have guessed I just had cosmetic surgery. Ive recommended Dr. Bassiri to everyone I know and will absolutely be going to Dr. Bassiri for years to come.

Dr. Bassiri and his staff were absolutely amazing. From the moment I stepped into his office I felt comfortable and had my full trust in him. I underwent a septoplasty/rhinoplasty in 2021 and was never fully satisfied with my results, but was not willing to go through another surgery to have a revision. When I heard about the Tip Stitch with Dr. Bassiri I thought it would be the perfect procedure to give my nose the little lift that I was looking for after all these years. I had a thorough consultation and Dr. Bassiri went over realistically all of the pros and cons of the procedure due to my previous surgery. He really wanted me to be happy and do whatever he could for me. Dr. Bassiri was very honest and realistic. After spending as much time with me as we needed and not rushing a decision, we came to the conclusion that the procedure could work and we went ahead with it. The procedure was so quick and painless, done right in his office. I was even able to drive 2 hours home immediately after. I am almost 2 weeks post procedure and aside from a few days of some minor swelling and little to no pain, I am so happy with my results. There was no downtime at all and I was able to go right back to my regular schedule the very next day. I highly recommend and cannot say enough great things about Dr. Bassiri!
