I thought I did the most logical and right thing by talking to him regarding my concerns. Right after his post-op I knew something was not right. I gave him the benefit of the doubt because he was really nice. I hate asking for things, but when things are this clearly wrong it needs to be corrected. BUT taking offense to a harm he caused is not OK. I should've known from previous reviews that he'd refuse to do anything about his mistakes. He asked "what do you want done?" I said "maybe compensation for XYZ?" since I had to correct these issues he caused. He got offended and said he'd "take this up with a malpractice" and "you can't talk to me anymore". HE made a MISTAKE on me NOT the other way around. It shouldn't be about ego/pride. Its about doing the right thing. This isn't just "surgical risks" it's an obvious "mistake" that happened. Its like accidently amputating the wrong limb and saying "well they should've reviewed my notes. Its a surgical risk." Notes do NOT matter in this case from a OBVIOUS improper 'fix'. Its not a "risk" it's negligence. Something as small as giving the wrong meds is malpractice, yet this isn't? How is he this prideful to call other surgeons and I 'mistaken'. This is just shameful, no dignity at all...I hope he realize someday that this isn't OK and he needs to own up to his mistakes that he KNOWS he made and properly come up with a fair resolution rather than get defensive. It's other peoples lives that's suffering. Unbelievable that he takes lavish vacations off people's suffering yet refuse to compensate for it.

Love this doctor and his staff! I will never go anywhere else. I have used Dr. Eades in the past and I just used him again for 2 procedures, and, as expected, I had beautiful results. Dr Eades is kind and is very skilled. His office is also beautiful!

My wife has gone to Dr. Eades for some elective procedures recently and I am very impressed with her results and with Dr. Eades. He is kind and knowledgeable and has wonderful office staff. My wife has always said that she wouldn't go anywhere else for cosmetic procedures and I can see why. Terrific doc with terrific results.
