Had an excellent experience. Dr. Maki and staff were professional, knowledgeable , and really kind. Pros - excellent staff - great facility - clean environment - easy parking - great chapstick for free! - DR MAKI!!!!! Cons - none

Extremely disappointed with the service. I spent over $2,000 there and the only reason I did was because they said they would be able to add my points on brilliant distinctions so I could get money back. They said they would get back to me as soon as possible because apparently “they needed to ask their manager” and that’s taken them nearly 8 months and they still haven’t gotten back. They had no problems answering a few months ago when I wanted to make payments over the phone. They only care about the money, I would’ve never went here if I didn’t think I could’ve added the couple grand to my points.
