From the moment you walk in the door until the time you leave, all personnel are kind, helpful and welcome you with a smile. Dr. Gayner has a great "bed side" manor, answers questions clearly and knowledgeably and makes you feel comfortable with any treatment you are having done. Overall, I would highly recommend this office for any medical treatment or procedure. Great service all around!

We all age, but that doesn’t have to be a bad thing. With the help of the experienced and extremely professional, Dr. Scott Gayner, I was able to make tweaks to my features that worked to refresh, not change, my appearance. I have looked in the same mirror for almost 50 years now, and almost overnight the features that I once didn’t mind, were my entire focus. Due to my somewhat of a double chin my face suddenly began to feel droopy, which then exacerbated my nose as I began to feel very “witchy” - something I never really felt until these two things started to tie themselves together. I met with Dr. Gayner to express my opinions and they were met with very reasonable and realistic expectations. Together we decided that before a lower face lift (which will inevitably be something I do at some point in my life) that we would buy some time by doing a much less invasive procedure called submental liposuction (chin lipo). This, coupled with a rhinoplasty to address a hump that I no longer loved on my nose, I feel drastically refreshed my appearance. In addition, I also had an otoplasty performed to address my protruding ears so that I could pull my long hair up if I desired without feeling self conscience. The procedures were a breeze. I had ZERO pain and ZERO bruising with the rhinoplasty, minimal pain and bruising with the liposuction and minimal pain with the otoplasty. No pain medications were needed for any of the procedures. Dr. Gayner provided me his cell phone number in case of any issues and he or his staff called daily for several days following the procedures to check on me. (I would be remiss if I didn’t say how wonderful and caring the surgical team that he works with were who are right across the hall from his office- so convenient!!) Dr. Gayner absolutely could have suggested a lower face lift right off the bat to me… a procedure that would have cost double if not triple the amount, however, his bedside manner and ethical behavior is such that he seeks to do the RIGHT thing for his patients, not for himself. I highly recommend Dr. Gayner and his caring staff to anyone seeking to give their appearance the refresher it deserves. *photos are before and two weeks post op.

Dr. Gayner is an experienced facial plastic surgeon and is able to perform many procedures in the office. The staff is friendly and helpful as is Dr. Gayner himself. Amy is an experienced esthetician and she has excellent equipment and expertise. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Gayner is the BEST for Botox and Fillers!!! I drive an hour to get there because I live in Lancaster, PA, but it’s worth it!
