On a first visit to a doctor's office, one never knows what to expect. As soon as I walked in, I felt at ease. I was greeted by a very friendly front desk staff. The nurse that took down my info was very pleasant & personable. Next I saw Dr Fagg & liked him immediately. He was very laid back yet professional and had a nice personality with a great sense of humor. Everyone combined made my visit a very pleasant experience.
