I went to Dr. Ellstrom with concerns of facial fat. My whole life my face held a disproportionate amount of fat compared to my body, regardless of my weight. I got chin lipo & buccal fat removal with Dr. Ellstrom & could not recommend him enough! The photos speak for themselves. I went back for chin filler to also maximize results

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Ellstrom during my consultation, and I couldn't be more impressed. He took the time to answer all of my cosmetic questions thoroughly and thoughtfully (and I had a lot of them), making sure I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend Dr Ellstrom in Newport Beach. I had encapsulated ( hardened Implants w/ scar tissue) implants for 2 decades and it was time to remove and exchange my implants with a breast lift. Dr Ellstrom with his Assistant Kaelyn EXPLAINED in detail the procedure and ALWAYS took their time for my questions. I was afraid - I’m not young - and now I am Very Happy With the results. His experience led him to show me pictures of other results, took great care in “ this time “ doing everything he can to try and not have my implants encapsulate again. And he knows what looks good for my body- took the technical measurements to ensure symmetry and they look GREAT. 😊 I’m just in my 3 rd weeek of recovery and will enjoy the tiny perfect precision scars ( Dr Ellstrom does fine stitching)- I expected ALOT worse scars but they are tiny/ thin so I’m very very happy. No one is nicer, humble and kind than Dr Ellstrom. And thoughtful supportive Kaelyn whose always takes my calls IF I have questions or concerns!! I sought out Dr. Ellstrom for his amazing results in plastic surgery. My mom had gone to him for reconstructive surgery after breast cancer, and he did an amazing job. I always wanted to have a little bit larger breasts, but was always hesitant because I didn’t want to do implants. After having a consult with Dr. Ellstrom and his surgery coordinator Kaelyn, I knew they were the perfect team for what I was looking for. He told me I would be able to do lipo and fat transfer to my breasts and that would result in me only having to go under once and get the natural results I wanted. I highly recommend Dr. Ellstrom because he really listens to what you’re looking for and doesn’t push anything that you don’t want. We worked together in what I was hoping for and I got the perfect results. I ended up doing lipo contour and fat transfer to my breast. I would highly recommend him if you are looking to do something natural, because I got the best results even in my abdomen area as well. Before, during and after surgery he was very supportive and I am so happy that I went through with this and can’t thank him enough for this life changing body outcome.
