They left my nose crooked, I only wanted the tip lifted and they did other things that I didn't need, and my tip only looks raised from one profile, from the other it looks droopy

The staff is absolutely amazing. Since the first appointment I felt very comfortable, Dr Laffoon is just the best. I’m so pleased and happy with how it looks so far and has been 3 weeks. First week after surgery I was calling every day and every time they were so attentive. Dr. Laffoon and her team are absolutely amazing. She was so patient and informative during my consultation. I brought three pages of questions and she was by my side answering each one. Surgery day went perfectly. Everyone from the front desk, to the nurses, to the anesthesiologist went above and beyond to make me feel confident and comfortable during surgery prep. Aftercare has been just as great. I had a question while we were snowed in and was able to just text a picture and Dr. Laffoon responded promptly. I could not have asked for a better experience or more caring surgical team. I would recommend her to everyone I know and love.
