I would give 0 stars if i could. This is based on my worst experience with Dr. Andrew Miller. I had my first rhinoplasty back in June 2021. We had agreed on a preferred result which after the nose healed it looked nowhere close to that. You could clearly see a bump from the side and a deformation around that area. I went back for a consultation with the doctor and he offered to do a touch up (file the bone) through local anesthesia which let me tell you it was a torture. I felt the whole process and it was extremely painful. Today after all these months, i am still very unhappy with the way my nose looks. You can clearly notice the bump and it doesn’t look like i had a plastic surgery. The doctor and I had two goals from the beginning (removing the bump and fixing the droopy tip). Few weeks ago i had a third consultation and explained to him that nothing has changed after the healing process. He said that i had to go through a 3rd surgery for 30 min under anesthesia as i emphasized i don’t want to go thru what i went last time. He kept mentioning that he wants me to be happy so asked me to call the office and schedule the surgery. I called the next day and i was told by the nurse that i would have to pay additional $1,500 which Dr. Miller never mentioned when we met. When i asked him why wasn’t i told i had to pay extra he said that i never asked that’s why he didn’t say anything. Finally i can say that he is very unprofessional, he doesn’t care if the client is unhappy or what their needs are. As per him it’s not his fault how the bone heals which is not true because I could clearly see and feel that the bone was not filed or shaped properly from the first time and he can’t do anything unless i pay the extra fee. If you’re looking for a sign i highly DO NOT recommend.

I recently went to Dr Miller for upper blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty and fat transfer and have beautiful and natural results. Recovery was smooth and much easier than I anticipated. I'm less than three weeks out from surgery and I can leave my house with no one ever knowing I had surgery. My only regret is not doing this sooner. I highly recommended Dr Miller.

Dr. Miller is the best in the game! He knew exactly the look I was going for. About a month back I had a rhinoplasty procedure done through him and I’m very happy with how things turned out. I interviewed a few surgeons before moving forward but I’m glad I chose him when I did.
