No respect to the customer’s time. I went there for a 10 minutes consultation. I have arrived 10 minutes early as stated. I waited for 45 minutes but still no one was showing up. I respected my own time and left. Such a waste of time.

Dr. Sobel and his staff are all amazing. They took the time to meet and care for my needs when I was at a loss to know what or how to remedy my situation and went out of their way to help me. I had rhinoplasty from Dr Sobel in October, 2024. Dr Sobel was kind, gentle, always jovial and full of positive energy. He was great at tempering my expectations and explaining the outcome of my surgery. I am so very happy how it turned out! My surgery was pretty easy, as was the recovery. Dr Sobel kept me informed and positive the whole way. He did exceptional work and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Highly recommend him!

From start to finish I always felt listened to and have had ample time to ask all my questions. I had explant surgery in October with the expectation of a lift but Dr Sobel advised me to wait and see how I felt about the lift after I healed. When I had an allergic reaction to the antibiotics after surgery I got a call back with instructions within an hour. I can always get a hold of someone and his whole team does what they say they will! Dr Sobel is easy to talk to and I felt like he personalizes my visits.
