It's hard to know where to begin to express the gratitude that I have for Dr. Som and his staff's care. He literally saved my finger from a previous physician's medical error in performing what should have been a simple surgery. After the previous doctor's error, I went to a hand surgeon who should have known what to do, but he also was clueless. So, after a thorough Google search I was VERY LUCKY to find Dr. Som. From the first consultation, I knew I was in the right place. He understood the problem and knew exactly how to treat me. He prescribed numerous hyperbaric oxygen treatments and wound treatments for many weeks. Francesca, his PA (physician assistant), was equally competent as were the staff monitoring the hyperbaric oxygen treatments (shout out to Nicole and Frank!). Everyone was very caring and reassuring during this very scary time when it wasn't clear if my finger or most of it would be able to be saved (another shout out to Jose in the front office!). And, for all of his specialized training, Dr. Som is so down-to-earth. I wish I could give this office 10 stars. I can't recommend them enough, and if the opportunity presents itself, I will refer anyone there in a heartbeat. Thank you so much to everyone at Dr. Som's office. You are all the best!

Dr. Som Kohanzadeh and his staff are outstanding. If I could give more than five stars, I would. I was beyond impressed with the customer service, attentiveness, and efficient care displayed each and everytime I stepped into his office. Dr. Som is professional, attentive, compassionate, gentle, and very respectful of all my concerns. I am beyond thankful for the security he has given me throughout my care. A special shout out to Cindy RN, Jose front office, Shiela, Michelle, Lindsey, Franchesa PA, and the staff in the hyperbaric chambers. Thank you for guiding me through my first surgery and subsequent surgeries to come. I could not have returned to work as quickly as I did without your excellent guidance with pain management, hyperbaric chambers, and wound care. Thank you again.

If I could give 10 stars I would do it. Dr. Kohanzadeh immediately accepted my grandmother & debried her Necrotic Escar Wound, Same day as we called the clinic. He was very professional & respectful. He explained the treatment plan and exactly what to be expected. (Plan of Care) His staff member Ekaterina (I believe she is wound care RN and the Case Manager at the clinic.) She assisted the doctor and immediately transferring my grandmother to MSICU. Our family is very greatful and appreciatative also for the amazing care by the nurses & staff at the Wound Care Clinic who assisted us during this ordeal. Thank you !!!
