Dr Stephen Smith did literal magic for a bad scar on my face through scar revision then subcision + filler. It was a process, but 100% worth the time and money.

Excellent service that is both caring and discreet. Because Dr. Smith and his staff get to know you well, they are able to spot potential problem areas BEFORE they become problems. Today Michelle worked me into her schedule on short notice to address some problem areas on my skin. She’s so knowledgeable, quick and thorough. Plus she’s really fun and friendly! Appointments are on time and handled with great efficiency yet provide utmost personal attention.

I had a rhinoplasty/septorhinoplasty with Dr. Steven Smith in May of 2022. At first I thought getting surgery be a good idea. I had always disliked the bump on my nose from the side, and I wasn’t breathing the best. During my consultation, The doctor took pictures of my nose at all different angles, and was able to create a “morph” on what my new nose would look like. What that morph didn't show would be the huge dent, crookedness, and cartilage poking out in places. My birth nose was straight, my new nose is crooked. Doctor Smith even compared my new nose to a crooked branch on a tree that he pointed to outside of his office when I confronted him about it. "Everything natural has some asymmetry just like the trees outside." Let me say this again. My nose was never crooked like a tree branch before he operated on me. It is lumpy, wide, and crooked. My skin on my nose has never looked the same after. The definition in my nose is gone. The worst part of all is I had the surgery to breathe better, but I would say I don't breathe any better possibly worse. Dr. Steven Smith did offer to fix it, but I will probably have it fixed somewhere else down the line. Revision rhinoplasties are double even triple the cost of a primary. Keep this in mind. Also, the price of the surgery center was not fully disclosed and billing has been a nightmare with White Fence Surgical Suites. 2 stars because half of my nose looks okay, the other half is a wreck. Also he did make himself available when I had questions but I don’t think we will be able to come to a solution as I don’t want my nose further messed up with filler or another surgery by him. Below are pictures from one year mark. Swelling at this point should be mostly gone. This is the final result and hasn’t changed much since then. It’s taken me a while to be brave enough to write this review and accept this is the nose I paid for, but I hope it saves someone. Thanks. BEFORE: left AFTER: right
