No words can express how grateful I am to Dr. Joseph Bivens. He is definitely a blessing to all of his patients and the staff. Dr. Bivens is very knowledgeable and he will take his time to address all the questions and concerns that the patient may have. Dr. Bivens & his team is amazing. After years of wearing heavy earrings my ears were so badly torn I would no longer wear earrings. Dr. Bivens reconstructed my ear lobes & now I can repierce my ears and wear earrings again. And a special shoutout to Kayla for always being so amazing!

Hands down, Dr. Bivens really is the expert in cosmetic surgery! A couple weeks ago I had a breast augmentation done by Dr. Bivens, and girrrrl- although I’m not completely healed at this point, I absolutely love the size he chose! They fit my body frame perfectly and are exactly what I hoped for ✨ Overall, the whole process was great and the OPS staff has been so amazing, kind, and polite. Kayla & Vicky are awesome! Kayla helped book my appointments, answered all of my questions prior to surgery, and made the entire process so easy to understand. Vicky helped me post-surgery by answering any questions or concerns I had, she checked on me, and made me feel so at ease through the healing process.
