Understanding the Breast Lift Procedure

A breast lift, medically known as a mastopexy, is a surgical procedure designed to reshape and elevate breast tissue. The technique involves carefully placed incisions to remove excess skin and reposition the nipple for a more youthful and lifted appearance.

Procedure Details

  • Incision pattern similar to breast reduction surgery
  • No removal of breast tissue
  • Nipple elevation to optimal position
  • Potential areola size reduction

Recovery and Expectations

Patients can typically return to normal activities within approximately one week following the breast lift procedure. The surgical approach focuses on creating a natural, rejuvenated breast contour with minimal disruption to daily life.

He did a fantastic job with removing my skin cancer on neck, nose, and temple. I would recommend him with highest marks. Also, I liked his humor and straight forward answers.

Dr. Faibisoff is a fantastic doctor. He did a skin graft on my husband’s leg and he did a great job. 5 stars for him. His office manager Tracy DeCari is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She talked over me, wouldn’t let me talk and she kept repeating herself over and over so I was unable to talk or ask her anything . Very disrespectful and I myself have been in customer service all my working career. Her co-worker Berlin was not as bad as Tracy but bad enough that I felt it necessary to write this review and I hope no one ever has the experience that I did with both of them. My issue was a billing problem. Tracy said it was the hospital’s responsibility and Berlin said it was Advanced Wound Care’s responsibility. Both of them had different answers to my question. Actually, the problem was with Dr Faibisoff’s surgery scheduler. No one ever asked us what insurance my husband had and both Medicare and Blue Cross should have covered the $2,000.00 bill we received from Dr Faibisoff’s office. Proceed with caution when speaking to Tracy or Berlin. They aren’t nice people to work with.
