Worst decision I EVER made going with this surgeon. TERRIBLE! Over 2 years later I am still crying and suffering over this surgery EVERY SINGLE DAY. I regret this surgery so much. I am over two years PO so NO it’s not swelling before that comment comes because according to Dr. Karter a lot of my issues would subside with swelling yet they only got worse as time has gone on. I was told my nose looked different on each side due to uneven swelling. I am 2 years post op and that is most DEFINITELY not the case. Once swelling started to subside Dr Karter then told me my results are asymmetric because my face is. Why was my nose prior more symmetrical? This surgery has ruined my life. I have two completely different profiles on each side. The pictures speak for itself. In response to your reply my nose now requires A LOT more than “little tweaks.” I deserve my money back after these results my nose looked better before surgery and actually functionally worked. I can’t believe you think these results are “great.” -crooked -protruding cartilage -hanging columella -dents -nasal valve collapse -asymmetrical - two completely different size and shaped nostrils -breathing problems which I NEVER had prior

I had a great experience with Dr. Karter for my Botox treatment. I was very nervous but he made me feel completely at ease. He explained everything to me in great detail and even offered multiple products for me to choose from. His professionalism and attention to detail made me feel more confident about having this done. I don't even know where to begin. Dr. Karter along with Erin, the Patient Care Coordinator have changed my life. I have always been self conscious of my eyelids and under eyes for as long as I can remember. I decided to finally do something about them although I was very nervous. From the very first conversation with them I began to feel better. They are both so kind and informative. He explained each step and I felt so comfortable, I went ahead and had my upper and lower eyelids done. I am beyond thrilled with the results! Dr. Karter is an AMAZING surgeon and is there for you both before and after. Erin supports you along the way and I can't ever thank them enough. I highly recommend Dr. Karter and would give ten stars if I could. Don't hesitate to go in for a consultation you will not be disappointed.

Incredible Surgeon and Wonderful Experience I highly recommend Dr. Karter. Not only is he an incredible surgeon but my experience with all his office staff has been wonderful. I am just under 3 months post-surgery from a rhinoplasty. Dr. Karter and his staff made me feel at ease with the process and answered all of my questions and concerns with great care. I felt completely prepared going into the surgery and there were no surprises on how I would be feeling afterwards. He was nothing but honest about the whole process. Additionally, by following his advice, I felt like I was able to recover at a rapid pace. I am very pleased with my result and I cannot thank Dr. Karter enough for taking such wonderful care of me.
