Almost 11 years later, still dealing with the result of his procedure. Constant inflammation from the procedure (which I was taking medication for years ago - but I eventually just stopped taking the meds, I could take them every day the rest of my life but I don’t want that)
Crooked, jagged, uneven scarring. Extremely noticeable aesthetically displeasing scarring - even though I was told by Solomon it would be seamless and unnoticeable (which was half the reason for the procedure in the first place – to improve the aesthetics of a skin excess issue). Also, too much skin was removed and the result was too tight (even though he said if anything he would error on the side of removing less skin so it would not be too tight), and the stitching was pulled extremely unevenly to the left side as well. It’s embarrassing and uncomfortable and the cut lines were extremely uneven and jagged and the scar is extremely notice (The cut lines were not meticulous in the slightest bit - they opposing sides of the skin don’t match up when they were reconnected and there’s a massive crooked seam). Which goes against nearly the entire purpose for procedure. The result shows serious carelessness - result of where and how he connected the skin is akin to someone experimenting with the procedure rather than being an expert on it.
I’ve spoken to other doctors about it and they have no idea why he did the procedure the way he did, as standard for doing the procedure is done a completely different way. But he ‘convinced me’ that the way he did it was the way it’s done. It’s been a disaster.
Due to the nature of the procedure I will not go into it specifically or show photos - but still trying to come up with the money to repair the scar lines and even out what he did. $6K down the drain and now I have to spend more money fixing it. No refund, no money back towards getting this straightened out with a different surgeon, no apologies, nothing. Unfortunately, he just subtlety tried convincing me even that everything was fine as if expectations were met, per se (as if I’m a moron) – when in reality it’s the complete opposite.
Judging by how other doctors go about this procedure and their opinions and their results VS. the results I had with this doctor, I must say I was extremely deceived by this doctor and I find it hard to imagine he is an expert in this procedure as he claimed.
It’s a sin, surgeons can just do this stuff and move on with their life without any shame or remorse or effort to help a person remedy the situation.

Hello! Ok, let me start by saying that Dr. Solomon is THE BEST. The reason I stand behind 5 stars is simple. I received a breast Augmentation 17 years ago and everything went beyond well. Not only did my breast look fabulous they still look fabulous after 17 years. I just left his offices for my 2nd check up in the past 17 years and they look and feel like they did when they were new. Not only did the check up cost ZERO dollars the but the cander and expertise are priceless.
Look no further. Dr. Solomon is extremely honest and won't do anything that won't be perfect. Thanks DOC you Rock!

Dr. Mark Solomon is without a doubt the best plastic surgeon in the state and more. I had my breast done (breast augmentation) 18 years ago and let me tell you, i was the happiest woman in the world. It was like having your first baby. I was so excited about my twins, (breasts) lol. To this day, my breast look better than some 20 year olds. They didnt sag, drop, and my clevage never seperated. I was a body builder when i had mine done, besides having my children, it was the most amazing thing i have ever experienced. I was able to go on to the miss fitness competion, because he made my cimetric body even better after the surgery. I have referred atleast 10 clients to him, and not one had any complaints. They were all very happy to know that they didnt have to go to another plastic surgeon to correct his mistakes. There were none.
Unfortunatly, i went back 17 years later and wanted a tummy tuck, and as honest and upfront as he is, he told me he would not do the precedure until i quit smoking for a year. My stomach looked like it was 10 months pregnant and he told me that it wasnt fat, it was my diaphram enlarging to enable me to breathe. Now its a year later and i want to go see him and show him me 50lbs lighter. Hes gonna be so amazed and proud of me. Thats how personable he is along with the professionalism you expect from a doctor.
PS listen to him, if he says to go alil higher in CC's with your breast, do it, he knows what hes talking about. I trusted him and gave him the reins, and im sure glad i did, and you will as well.
Hes the best.
