Dr. Brezinski Performed a trigger release surgery on my index finger. I was very happy and that he not only relieved the pain I was experiencing but it also stopped locking up on me. The scars healed well and I'm very pleased. I have another situation with Extreme pain with a trigger finger my right thumb. Having being a musician that plays guitar Weekly in NC. I needed to have another surgery. He saw me today and his bedside manner is very relaxed and Informative. He is very skilled in his field. I recommend him to anyone experiencing the problems I've had with my two painful Trigger fingers.
I am also happy that he left a small of surgical scar (See photo below).

I called this office to request a consult for a breast reduction and was told that I would not been seen unless I lost weight and hit a specific BMI requirement for “insurance purposes.” They won’t even make an appointment with you unless you are the height and weight that he wants you to be.
I am a clinical dietitian, and a provider making the decision to provide or withhold care based solely on BMI is truly ridiculous and only exemplifies incompetence. Each patient has his/her own history and experience - we are far more complex than an outdated formula that only uses height and weight.
Thankfully, I found Dr. Lois Wagstrom in Nashville who completed my consult with the understanding that my dense breast tissue makes my weight irrelevant. She submitted my request for surgery to my insurance, and it was approved immediately. Zero consideration of my BMI.
I left a voicemail with this office informing them that their policy is inaccurate and outdated.
When choosing a doctor, especially one where out-of-pocket is more common than insurance, I encourage you to give your money to a doctor who views his/her patients as a whole person rather than one who won’t even meet with an individual who doesn’t weigh what he thinks she should. Because not all insurance policies are fat phobic, but it’s clear that this one provider is.
I also recommend a female plastic surgeon because the more I think about men making the bulk of their money by exploiting the insecurities that women have handed to them by diet culture and the thin ideal, the more I want to scream/vomit.

Sadly, I have not even visited this office and will not. I sent in an online request to set up a consult - they lady that called back was incredibly rude. I will NOT call back
