Doctor saw me 22 minutes late and was coughing the entire time. I didn’t feel safe or that the office was clean. It was all for show and he asked me what I do all day which I felt like was very unprofessional. I paid $150 for a consultation and was not treated with respect because I planned on getting a reduction surgery and I do not recommend trusting this doctor with my body. It was a very weird energy and smell through the office. Maybe at some point they were on top but my interaction was not the best. Very sterile and non warm/welcoming. Took photos of me and then just said get labs like I was just another name/number. They also stopped answering the phone when I asked for a refund of $150. Funny thing is their “receptionist” said I would get the consultation deposit back anyway because my surgery was APPROVED/COVERED by my INSURANCE. I Don’t recommend;

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Day and his team for breast reduction. He took me from a 32F to 32B, which is exactly what I wanted! This surgery has been completely life changing for me and resolved chronic back, neck, and shoulder pain I’ve had for years. My wife used Dr. Day for surgery and both he and his staff were amazing. He was very knowledgeable about what he does, compassionate and easily accessible for post op questions. His front desk staff, especially Sophia, is also phenomenal and so helpful in getting all insurance information done. Would highly recommend them!
