My mom and I visited the doctor today. There were two receptionists, one of whom was wearing a black scrub. She behaved unprofessionally—taking a long time to assist us while also being rude. She even slammed the window shut right in front of my mom’s face. She was disrespectful and argumentative. Use unprofessional language!!!! This is the first time we have such awful treatment. If you don’t like your job, then change it!

The girl at reception (13:00pm/ 03/11/2025) is very rude and doesn’t want to answer or even speak with patients on the phone at all!! This is a disaster. I'm sure you're losing a lot of patients because of her.

As a doctor, he might be okay, but the staff’s attitude is terrible! They are rude, treating you as if you owe them something. They yell angrily over the phone when you try to make an appointment. And this is despite the fact that my insurance is accepted by all doctors since it’s not government-issued. Attention needs to be paid to the staff working there—they are awful.
