Do your homework ladies! Horrible absolutely horrible!! Paid for a breast lift. They are worst now than before, and when I told him I was not satisfied he responded “your not in your 20’s anymore!” Go somewhere else!

Beautiful results but make clear about what you want. I'm giving Dr. Hanemann 5 stars because he really does beautiful work. I had a breast augmentation done in 2019. No implants. I wanted a very natural look. Dr. Hanemann's technique is ... *chef's kiss.* I looked at many surgeons and attended several consultations with other doctors but no one's results matched Dr. Hanemann's. My breasts were large and sloppy (in my opinion). I had reached a DD cup. I wanted them to be pretty and I wanted a certain aesthetic. Plus it's the South. Large breasts are hot, uncomfortable and a mess because of the heat and sweat. I wanted them small. Very small. I wanted an A or small B cup. I thought I had conveyed this during my several consultations but looking back on it, I don't think I was vocal enough about what I wanted. Anyway, the result, after the swelling went down, was a lovely C cup. Not what I desired but they were pretty and I didn't have to wear a bra (unless I wanted/needed to) which was my goal. He even reshaped by nipples which had gotten misshapen and large over the years. Four years ago, I was 43 when I had the surgery and was a size 4. Well, since that time I've entered perimenopause and very unexpected weight gain has taken hold. And guess where some of the weight has gone, yup, I'm back to a DD. When I look in the mirror at my breasts, I just shake my head because I know if I were an A cup, then I'd be a C cup right now. Once again, they are large and sloppy. The nipples look great though. Anyway, believe me, if you are considering Dr. Hanemann, you've made the right choice, just do what I didn't do. Bring LOTS of pictures of what you want your results to look like, research the weight of the desired breast, convey all of these things to him, whatever it takes so that you are happy not just one year later but YEARS later. The female body goes through so many unexpected changes as it ages, those changes can certainly thwart your desired results.

I just had a surgery done by Dr. Hanemann yesterday (ftm top surgery) and truly can’t convey how wonderful the staff and experience was. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, understanding, and accommodating. 11/10 would recommend!!!

Dr Hanemann and staff are the best!!! I had a MMO with TT, MR, BL w/ BA. I had very minimal bruising and swelling. The pain meds he gave helped tremendously. He explains the procedure in great detail so you know what to expect. His nurses are very caring. Overall experience has been better than what I thought it could be. Super happy with results only 3 days post op.

Dr. Hanemann and his team are truly the best. They saved me. I had a really traumatic surgery elsewhere in Baton Rouge and I thought I was going to have to live with it forever. Hanamann’s team gave me so much advice. Dr. Hanemann treated me so very well and his team treated me like family as well. I got a reconstructive surgery by him and it’s been almost 2 years later and I still am so happy with the outcome. I would recommend everyone to him.
