I saw Dr. Roesner in Boulder for my breast reduction surgery consult and follow up visits. He was respectful, informative, and has a great sense of humor. I felt completely informed about the realistic expectations and outcomes including the risks involved with the procedure. Surgery was done at North Suburban and everyone was awesome. Recently I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Roesner and his staff for some much needed changes, that up until then seemed out of my reach. Not only did Dr. Roesner explain the process fully, but his staff was excellent at communication and customer service. Disappointed! Try to set up an appointment on Monday 14th trough the website. I had a call after 5pm. I was working did not get a chance to return the call. on Tuesday 15th spoke to a lady she advise me that I was going to received a call in a few minutes From Brooke. NEVER RECIEVED A CALL BACK . Called Wednesday 16th left 2 additional voice mails. TODAY 05/172018 Thursday STILL NO CALL!! Will look for another DR.

CDr. Roesner shows competent and confident professionalism tempered with true respect and compassion for his patients. He has given me hope every step of my preventative breast cancer journey, but has not downplayed the risks and the work involved on my part. He has given me the ability to look forward to my future with excitement and hope, instead of leaving me with a "be thankful for what you got" mentality that a previous surgeon gave. Also, you could not have a better team than Dr. Roesner's . From office staff to those in the operating rooms, every single person treated me with respect, care, and even a healthy dose of humor. I would reccomend Dr. Roesner a million times over to any patient that yearns to have their own opinions towards their health be heard. Dr. Roesner and his team has given me a sense of self worth I thought I had lost, there are no words to explain how truly lucky I feel to have been treated by such an amazing medical team.
