Love, love, love Dr. Koo’s skin care products! She’s done the research and created products that actually work. I’ve used them for years and have seen demonstrably better skin! Dr. Koo has adjusted my regimen over time according to my changing (aging) skin. She takes the time to listen to my concerns. The personal care she gives her clients is unmatched. I highly recommend her products and services!

Doctor Koo several times, had an emergency patient that came in the office. Leaving to care for the situation. She gave me less services, feeling abandoned, before the surgery. During the surgery she turned off my anesthesia early before she was done with the surgery. I was told I wasn't responding well to the anesthesia. She didn't prescribe me any painkiller for when I woke up in recovery. She was gone and left me in a surgery recovery center overnight with no painkiller prescription for the night. I had a tummy tuck and a breast reduction. And woke up coughing and in such intense pain it was horrible and nobody could help me. I was told that with the drains in the abdomen, I had to check them every 20 minutes, drain them, and write down the amount drained. When I came in for my first check up they were shocked I kept at it and said most patients stopped after the first day or two. During this time she never gave me a prescription for pain. During that check up where I had many concerns, because I was still wrapped up with drains in me, she had the another emergency patient all of a sudden and left me to go take care of that and my appointment was shortened. I did everything i was told to do. After 28 years i still have numbing still across my abdomen. The scar that that was from one hip to the other for the tummy tuck is still prominent causing a visual ledge from hip to hip. I can't get it down. It shows in my clothing and swimsuits it's very embarrassing. My breasts have gaps on the underside of them. The breast seems to have a tunnel starting under each arm pit going into each breast. They are not rounded like they are supposed to be. When i was a DDD i did not have that. I was only 30 without strange shapes like she left me. I was told that if I ever had another baby after this, I would still be able to breastfeed. I had no capability of breastfeeding in either breast. I can only assume that she ended up taking milk ducts out that she said she would not be going near. I now have many breast problems and bleeding coming through my nipple on one side. This has been a nightmare for the last 28 years. I am now set for another mammogram and another ultrasound at a surgeon to look at the damage. I wish I had gone somewhere else. The reduction and tummy tuck still give me issues 28 years later.
