I was told when I paid for my procedure directly after consultation that because I was paying in full no installments that my consultation fee would be waved. The day after my rhinoplasty, my husband was told that was an oversight and I was now responsible for the bill. My nose looks nothing like the digital altered pic I was shown that my nose would look like. Me, my husband, family, friends, coworkers along with current pics of my nose all see no change. My septum was fixed but my insurance already said they’d cover that at 100%. My insurance wasn’t used due to physician saying it was all cosmetic. There is no cosmetic visible changes. In fact, my nose is bigger in bulb and nostrils. I’m out the cost of the surgery, recovery time, and additional cost for out of state traveling. Needless to say, I’m very disappointed. I was told I’d be satisfied with my results. I’m not. I breathe better, yes. But, my insurance would have covered that part anyway. I lost 84lbs. This surgery was a gift to myself for my hard work. Now, it’s a financial regret.

Echols, Latoya, April, Reagan, Johnna, Sarah Beth, Victoria, Keaton, Dr. Vandiver - it does not matter - every single person is kind, courteous, and professional. I've referred several male friends to Dr. Rousso for neo-graft, and I know that one of them also had this procedure done. And like me, he loves it! I will not go anywhere else for hair or skin care. Dr. Rousso is the best anywhere! Highly recommend.
