After many years of wanting a reduction and lift, and after much research I finally found Dr. Lowenstein and his amazing staff. He took added precautions and follow up for my Factor V. His attention to detail and genuine care for my health and outcome was top notch. Both nurses, Jodi and Shelley provided such kindness and reassurance throughout my visits. Finally, Christina was the one who kept all the details and made all the extra phone calls to assure we all had a positive experience.
