Called to set up an appointment and was told I needed a referral or my insurance wouldn't pay for it and no matter how much I reiterated that that wasn't the case with my insurance The girl wouldn't listen to me and said I had self-referred and the insurance wouldn't pay for it which is completely wrong and very bizarre
