I recently got a labiaplasty done by Dr Ballard along with the assisted help of Christina Shultes, and I am beyond thankful and grateful for the amazing care and results! First night after the numbing wears off is the hardest but after that it is a very minimal procedure. I strongly recommend being consistent with the ice and pelvis elevation as it will get you healed up quickly. I was extremely nervous going into this procedure, as its pretty intimate, but being open and honest about your goals and how you're feeling is the best way to go. It is a team of all women, which for me personally made me feel much more comfortable. It is super important to do your heavy research before doing such a procedure, and I would recommend Dr Ballard and her team to anyone who is thinking of doing it themselves!
