I had a tummy tuck back in 2018 with Dr Soto, everything went great until I was healed completely and noticed I had some extra skin on my hips that are called “dog ears” I went back into the office he did a small incision in the office to try to correct it but it didn’t work, he did offer a procedure called cool sculpture , but I would have to pay to have this done , which I found kinda strange since I had already payed for a full tummy tuck and wasn’t expecting to be left with “dog ears” , besides this the office was great and staff was friendly and very clean and professional, I’m just disappointed with my outcome . *** I’m going to give a little more information and responding back to the comment that Dr Sotos office just sent ****. To be very clear I was a patient back in 2018, when I had my procedure I was around 160 pounds, I did NOT gain weight after my surgery in fact I went in the office to complain about the dog ears and I had no weight gain at the time of my complaint back in 2018 and was never addressed about any weight gain, because there wasn’t any . We are in 2025 and I’m currently at 144 pounds , smaller then when I had my procedure and still have the dog ears, so this isn’t a result of any weight gain , just a bad surgery, I walked in without “dog ears “ at the time of my consultation and surgery and left with two after my surgery ,and then offering another procedure at my cost to fix the issue they left me with, and find it insulting saying it was a result of weight gain when there wasn’t any instead of owning up to the bad job. Here is also a little reminder from google its self when you ask , why do people end up with dog ears after a tummy tuck ? “ Dog ears" after a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) occur when excess skin and fat accumulate at the ends of the incision, often due to insufficient skin removal or uneven tension during wound closure “ From google : How to avoid dog ears tummy tuck? To prevent dog ears during a tummy tuck procedure, surgeons must carefully plan and execute the incision. They should ensure that the incision is long enough to remove adequate skin without excessive tension. Tailoring the skin removal to each patient's body shape is crucial…… Nothing about any weight gain after just a bad job .

After losing 72lbs, I rewarded myself with a lower body lift to remove excess skin. My general practitioner referred me to Dr Soto. After my initial consultation with Kellie and the doctor, I could not wait to get my surgery scheduled. I followed all of the pre surgery rules such as no alcohol, etc. way in advance of my surgery so that there were no issues. The day of surgery is a blur which is a good thing. Again, I followed the medical teams advice throughout my recovery. I have been coming to the office weekly ever since my surgery and have gotten acquainted with the entire team. I had to reach out to the on call nurse a few times with questions/concerns and Shelby was quick to respond. The entire team is pleasant and professional. That includes Kelly at the front desk and Anna and the newest member Victoria. I have been telling friends about Dr Soto since my surgery. I appreciate his skills and bedside manner. If I ever want the services of a plastic surgeon again, this is the only place I will come. I highly recommend Dr Soto and his team.

I had an incredible experience with Dr. Soto and his team! I knew immediately at my consultation that Dr. Soto was the doctor I wanted to move forward with my breast lift and augmentation. Since the beginning he educated me about the process every step of the way. Everything went great and I am thrilled with my results! I adore his staff! Dr. Soto and his team are truly the BEST! I would highly recommend to anyone!!! I first went to Dr. Soto back in 2007. I had went to another plastic surgeon for a breast augmentation and lift. I was devastated due to the botched outcome. I decided to go to Orlando to see Dr. Gregory. I’m so thankful I did. When I went for my consult they had booked me with a new Dr. to the practice which was Dr. Soto. He was very compassionate, professional and he took his time and listened to me. He truly cared and his bed side manners were superb. Needless to say he did an awesome job fixing the other surgeons work. I felt like I won the lottery. Flash forward to last year. As we all know breast implants don’t last forever. I decided it was time to have them exchanged and have a lift at the same time. He performed another amazing job. He’s a perfectionist and has a keen eye for perfect perfectionism. He treats every cosmetic procedure like artwork. I recently decided to have my tummy tuck revised and at the same time I also had the Sciton resurfacing perfected full face. I couldn’t be more happier. I’m excited I look in the mirror and I look 10 years younger from the resurfacing. I’ve had so many compliments. When you look your best, it’s so easy to feel your best! If I could, I would give him more than five stars, I absolutely would give him 10 stars. Dr. Soto is the only Doctor I’ll go to!! My husband agrees and thinks Dr. Soto is top-notch!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.
