Heather is the only person I trust with my face. I fly all the way from San Francisco just to see her because she is that good. She has completely transformed my skin with microneedling and PRF, Morpheus8, and Botox. I was hesitant about Botox at first, but knowing Heather’s reputation for achieving a natural, refreshed look, I felt completely at ease. She listens, gives honest advice, and always delivers incredible results. I also have to shout out Asi (apologies if I’m spelling that wrong!) at the front desk. She is beyond nice—so warm and welcoming, which is not always the case at practices that offer Botox. Some places can feel like a “mean girls club,” but New Face NY is the opposite. The entire experience, from check-in to treatment, is top-notch. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about their clients, this is it!
