I was in an accident on 06/18/2020, resulting in a type 5 tibial plateau fracture, with open reduction internal fixation, compartment syndrome, bone and skin grafts..He did an amazing job on my skin grafts and a super nice on guy on top of it.

His receptist was so amazing. She told me what I needed to do to get seen and made the process very simple and easy. Simlacher is quit the character nice and funny guy. He made me feel safe and comfortable through out the whole visit and procedure.
