Dr. Roche and his team asked me to post a positive review to help them shortly after my surgery, which I did but I now regret this as it was inaccurate and done as an accommodation only. The following is an honest account of my experience. I had surgical procedures done under general anesthesia by Dr Gregory Roche and his assistant Tracey on 7/20/21 including a blepharoplasty, Morpheus 8, fat transfer, and skintite /facetite. The surgical suite did not appear sterile, and a substitute anesthesiologist had to be brought in at the last minute. The doctor did not see me until the day of my surgery, and did not do the pre-surgical markings which I thought was odd. Although the bruising was expected, mine was severe and beyond anything I had ever anticipated. I looked like a monster for weeks! I have continued to bring up concerns during the past three years without any resolution. They provided free facial type services, which did not address the primary concerns including: a totally failed blepharoplasty with a cut on lower eyelid, one bag wasn’t successful so I’m left with one eye bag, and I have another scar that looks like a diagonal red line on the right side of my upper face. I paid for several services and although the results were not obtained as I had hoped, I was willing to accept it , however, in my opinion an eye surgery should be accurate and I should not be left wondering why I have a scar on my lower eyelid. Every time I brought it up , the doctor and his staff was dismissive and somewhat defensive. I recently officially requested a refund for the blepharoplasty cost and it was rejected which left me disappointed considering all of the costs I incurred for everything. Fair warning to all, review the doctor very carefully before paying for the services. Do your research and look at the entire office suite ahead of time if you can. Once they have your money, you are no longer in charge.

I recently went to Dr. Roche for a breast augmentation and I couldn’t have been happier with my entire experience! The girls, Tracey and Jenny are so incredibly sweet and amazing! I was comfortable right off the bat and they made everything effortless. The anesthesiologist and Dr. Roche were both extremely professional as well. I have had no issues during my recovery process and I am overly satisfied with my results, to say the least! I would recommend this team 1000x over!!

Very nice staff and met dr once since surgery and once before took alot to get me to do the surgery paid over 8000 dollars, i am not happy with the results, but we live and learn. 6 months post op and i look the same eat nothing and gained weight the surgery did the oppisite of what i wanted and expected i am happy energetic 38 year old nurse. 5 days a week 16 hours a day on the go, very nice staff from the 2 meetings i had dr was nice, i regret spending the amount and having no change in my abdominal area, i was offered to pay more for more treatments but i opted put too much already spent, so just make sure you are aware you may go in and come out with worse results took me 10 years to decide to this surgery and i did not listen to heart and go with another surgeon who wanted to remove the area not just lipo, but i learned the hard way. So good luck and stay safe do your research.

Do not risk plastic surgery with Dr. Roche. He uses antiquated lipo methods and does not follow through on after treatment to tighten loose skin. He damaged my right underarm. My midsection/stomach also still looked lumpy with cellulite. It was left lumpy and when I asked to get treated to fix it, I was sent a $10,000 estimate for microneedling, Morpheus 8, etc. to fix his bad lipo work! Needless to say, I did not go back to him! Do not put your body in Dr. Roche’s hands! I recommend checking out Sonobello or Allure Medical instead.
