The ladies here are so nice and knowledgeable. They do a great job of making you feel welcome and comfortable. and my results were staggering! I will be going back repeatedly for The Clear and Bright laser treatment. It blows IPL out of the water! The 'goodie' bag they give you at the end is so generous.

Dr. Garland Lee made my first Clear and Brilliant experience so pleasant and comfortable. She has excellent bedside manner and is extremely knowledgeable as a provider. I’m feeling confident that I was in great care, especially as she took the time to discuss my skin concerns. The whole staff from start to finish was lovely. Do not expect this place to take you seriously if you have a time-sensitive or medical case. I had an infection that required immediate attention (I didn’t know at the time, I’m not a doctor) and made the mistake of going to them. I thought their name implied they were capable of medical care which I learned they are not. I saw provider Garland Lee who works under Jody Levine. Individualized attention is simply not in their protocol as the clinic sat on my lab results for almost 2 weeks, said they don’t look at them until the follow up because they have so many patients. Churn and burn. I returned sooner than my follow up date because it got so bad, by then the infection became severe to the point where I was at risk of sepsis and skin necrosis. Of course again I wasn’t aware because they sat on the results and didn’t tell me about the infection. Had I known better to go to the ER the first time based on my symptoms, which they should have mentioned when they first saw me (due to either lack of expertise or negligence, maybe both), or if they notified me of my lab results sooner, I would have had a wildly different outcome. I ended up with a very prominent facial scar that now costs thousands to fix. When I confronted them about this later on, they were very quick to shift blame onto me, and onto my past providers. Completely brushed off the fact that I entrusted my case under their care. Of course, taking zero accountability. Now, I need much more extensive treatments both costly and time consuming, which they recommended I be referred to their sister location for laser treatments. After all that? No way. I ended up giving my money and trust to a much more reputable clinic with a top laser doctor. Despite having laser in their business name, they do not offer laser nor surgery at this location. Probably fine for botox etc, but I had a terrible experience here and don’t recommend it. Not a serious medical dermatology practice, they won’t know what to do with you but they will take your money.
