Understanding FaceTite: Innovative Facial Rejuvenation

Sweetgrass Plastic Surgery offers FaceTite, a cutting-edge minimally invasive procedure designed to address sagging skin and restore youthful facial contours. Serving Charleston County and surrounding South Carolina communities, this advanced treatment provides comprehensive skin tightening solutions.

What is FaceTite?

FaceTite is a FDA-approved radiofrequency energy procedure that sculpts and tones the face and neck. By targeting skin laxity, FaceTite helps patients achieve a more refined and lifted appearance with minimal downtime.

Procedure Details

Performed in-office using local anesthesia, FaceTite involves strategic probe placement to heat and contract muscles and tissues. The procedure can be done independently or combined with complementary treatments like liposuction.

Key Benefits of FaceTite

  • Tissue remodeling through thermal heat transfer
  • Safe and effective dual temperature technology
  • Precise, targeted energy concentration
  • Minimal invasiveness compared to traditional surgical options

Recovery and Results

Patients can expect mild swelling for up to 10 days post-procedure. A compression garment might be recommended for the initial 2-6 days. Gradual skin tightening continues over 3-6 months, revealing progressive improvements.

Customized Treatment in Charleston

Sweetgrass Plastic Surgery provides personalized FaceTite treatments tailored to individual aesthetic goals. The procedure is suitable for men and women seeking non-surgical facial rejuvenation in the Charleston area.

I have recently had the pleasure of having my second surgery by Dr Blum. I have to say never in all my years in the medical field have I met a more caring, knowledgeable and patient friendly doctor. He continues to make himself available anytime which is so reassuring and he is always willing to answer my questions or see me if needed. His staff has been extraordinary as well. Everyone treats you as if you are the most important person coming through those doors and they are eager to help you with anything you need. My surgeries have been amazing so far and I can’t wait to see the final product! Thank you Dr Blum and staff for your amazing work and for providing me the reassurance when I need it and the information to make the best choices for my body. You guys are the absolute best!!!!

Five stars all the way!! Dr. Schimpf is very talented and compassionate!! I cannot say enough about his entire staff from the front desk to the assistants and nurses!! They are all professional and caring. I had a very challenging case and Dr. Schimpf did everything he could do until he achieved amazing results for me. I am sincerely grateful for his incredible skills as a plastic surgeon and so happy that I did my research and chose him!! I would highly recommend Dr. Schimpf and will definitely use his services again for any cosmetic procedures! His anesthesiologist, Chris, is also awesome! He has an incredible ability to make you feel at ease. Thank you all for being the best at what you do!!

they blasted my face with a big laser :(( It was pretty good. the staff want to say things like "healing serum" instead of telling me what's in the goo and how it works, but I'm here because they know more than me, so you know what fair enough

It has taken a lot of me to confront the that the horrific results of what Dr. Schimf has done to my eyes are most likely permanent. I had an upperbleph during the summer of 2023 and my eyes were left uneven and disfigured. This was a revision bleph after it was obvious that more skin would need to be removed. Shimpf seemed very angry and unpleasant during the revision. I remember him shining the lamp directly in my eyes while telling me to keep them open, and prodding me hard against my skin with the needle as he sown my eyes unevenly. (This was not at all my experience with the first bleph he did.) It was obvious to me that this was a man with a bruised ego. My right eye looks like I have been in some kind of traumatic accident and is asymmetrical to the left. In pictures it looks like my right eye is 1.5x the size of my left. I think about what happened when I look in the mirror, and still can’t come to terms with such a cruel act from someone that I trusted be professional and empathetic.
