I cannot recommend Dr. Farber enough! From the very first consultation, I knew I had found the right surgeon. I tend to run a little anxious (which I’m sure he’ll laugh at when he sees this!), but feeling comfortable and truly heard was my top priority when choosing a plastic surgeon. Out of all the consultations I paid for and all the research I did, Dr. Farber was the first and only surgeon who made me feel seen. Unlike many South Florida surgeons who primarily focus on breast augmentations, it was incredibly difficult to find someone who truly understands the burden of living with overly large breasts and can create an aesthetic, natural, and feminine result for a breast reduction with a lift. I had struggled for most of my life with feeling at odds with my body, and I honestly started to believe I wouldn’t find a surgeon whose results I loved. Many other results I had seen looked boxy or unfeminine, and it kept me from taking the leap. That all changed when I found Dr. Farber. His work speaks for itself—he understands not only the technical precision required for this procedure but also the artistry of it. He specializes in creating beautiful, natural, and proportionate results, and from the start, he made me feel completely secure in my decision. I have been in the aesthetic industry for over 25 years as a medical esthetician / consultant and laser practitioner . That said , when it comes to wanting the best for myself and my clients I would expect a thorough consultation , explanation of procedure pros/cons , questions fully answered , expectations of outcomes and potential risks fully explained and a clinician / physician whose attention to detail is on point , with a welcoming bedside manner . Dr. Farber and his staff have exceeded my expectations beyond and above what I have witnessed with other consultations / offices I have had in the past . I could tell immediately that he wanted the best outcome for my procedure as I do for my clients . It was the right fit ! Dr. Farber has been on my radar for some time for revision breast augmentation . My prior surgery was 25 years prior , saline implants . I knew I was overdue for implant exchange , however it was just last on my list of things to get done . Little did I know that was going to become a top priority as on Christmas one of my implants ruptured . I immediately contacted the office to schedule an “ emergency “ consultation . The consultations were booked out for weeks but Vanessa , their amazing patient coordinator , was able to fit me in within days ! Dr . Farbers surgery schedule was booked out for months but he made an extra surgery opening for me within a few weeks . I must say they all put me at ease and assuaged my anxiety . Dr. Farber listened and HEARD what I wanted for my body . I had always looked natural , no one would have guessed that I had implants . I wanted to keep the same aesthetic . His artistic eye and skill are impeccable . So many people are looking to get a deal and breast augmentations in south Florida are a dime a dozen . DO Not Groupon your body or your face . You are an investment and deserve the best of the best . Dr. Farber is your man . I am extremely happy with my results and I am only a few weeks out . I went to Dr Farber to get my 21 year old implants removed and new small proportionate ones put in. Dr Farber spent 4x more time with me in just pre opp appointments than my girlfriends who went elsewhere and saw their doctor twice the entire process. He can say he’s meticulous and precise on social media but to see it lived out in real life is something else. Even checking into the hospital the front desk woman was like “oh you’ll be here for a while, Dr Farber takes his time. If it’s not perfect he will start over. Other doctors brag about how quick they can get in and out of the operating room but not Dr Farber, he’s a perfectionist”. I don’t have enough words ! He under promises and over delivers and couldn’t recommend him enough !!!

Dr. Farber is the surgeon for all of your wishes and concerns. He is incredibly knowledgeable and talented at what he does. He is precise and realistic about your goals and results, and tailors his work to every person’s individual needs. I came to Dr. Farber after having a breast reduction, in which my breasts bottomed out and lost all of its upper pole volume. Naturally, one of my breasts was larger than the other, and I was also considered a high risk patient. Needless to say - my case wasn’t the easiest, but from start to finish, Dr. Farber was extremely precise in tailoring to my situation. I’ve consulted with other surgeons before, and I’ve always left feeling unsettled because one size ( nor one surgical game plan) truly DOES NOT fit all. And no one understands the anatomy of the breast the way Dr. Farber does. I write this as I’m only a few weeks out of surgery and already LOVING my results. My breasts are beautiful, proportionate and exactly what I was hoping for. And because I’ve followed every one of Dr. Farber’s instructions, they are healing up beautifully. He is also the master at perfect, almost invisible incision scars. And to think, that with more time they’re only going to get even better. I knew for about 3 years before my surgery that I didn’t want anyone else to do it. Dr. Farber is truly a genius at what he does, it’s almost too incredible to put into words. As someone who hated their breasts, couldn’t wear various style tops and whose confidence was constantly compromised, all I can say is - his knowledge and talent delivered me LIFE CHANGING RESULTS, and he will do the same for you. Look no further! Additionally, his assistants, Yasmeen & Vanessa, are SO lovely and have been super helpful throughout this entire process :)
