I have had a *mostly great experience! Dr. Will is so kind and patient. She listened to my concerns and didn't try to "oversell" me on additional work that I didn't need done (like another Dr. I visited). My mom even came with my on my pre-op with serious concerns about the surgery. We asked that Dr. Will stay conservative with removing skin so that the shape of my eyes / lids didn't change. She may do that anyway, but I felt like she really listened and am super, super pleased! The "mostly" from above is that I highly, highly recommend NOT doing local anesthesia. I was pretty uncomfortable for the duration of the surgery and it's 1.5-2 hours I would rather have been asleep for! I did have a lot of work done - uppers and lowers and she said I had a lot of fat to be removed.. However, if you have the money to do general, please do it! To me it just wasn't worth the savings to experience the surgery awake!

I had a septoplasty done and am more than thrilled with the results. I can breathe! Through my nose! Dr. Will is great, and the staff was very responsive to emails and questions post surgery.

I had reconstructive surgery following basal cell carcinoma surgery, because of years of positive interaction with Dr. Will, I only wanted her to do the procedure. I am confident the end result will be excellent. I highly recommend Burt and Will Plastic surgery, they are thoughtful, caring and highly skilled.
