First let’s start with I was off work when I had my original appointment but they need to change it. So I took an appointment on my work day so I had to leave work early to drive an hour and a half to get there. Let me just get to the point my appointment was at 2:15 pm and I call because I got lost for 30 min. I walked in at 2:28 pm an they told me I need to reschedule omg are they crazy. Mind you the office is empty. Why would I wanna go to a doctor like this. It’s fine when they have to move me to another date but when I arrive 13 minutes late it’s a problem God trying to tell me something. This ain’t the doctor for me and I don’t wanna die. All my social media pages are monetized and so are all my best friends I will be giving a review on all of our pages. Let my hit my girl up TashaK for her to do a story because I really feel like it’s a black thing. Thanks but no thanks

"Dr. Young was my third consultation, and as the saying goes, the third time’s the charm. From the very beginning, Dr. Young and her staff truly listened to my concerns and patiently answered all the questions I brought to my consultation. Once they got my procedure approved through my insurance, I had additional questions. When I called the office, they immediately accommodated me with another consultation where Dr. Young addressed everything in detail. I had my procedure on 11/13/2024, and Dr. Young did an exceptional job. Her follow-up care has been outstanding, and her bedside manner is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. She genuinely cares about her patients, and it’s easy to see why she’s considered one of the top plastic surgeons in Texas. My results exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier that she was my surgeon. The office staff is equally amazing. They respond to emails promptly and even completed my Leave of Absence paperwork before I finished my portion. I highly recommend Dr. Young and her team to anyone. She is simply the BEST. Thank you, Dr. Young, for all that you do!"

I have worked for Dr Young for years. She is amazing as a boss but more importantly as a physician. In all my years, I've loved seeing how she cares for EVERY patient. She is an incredible surgeon with great bedside manner and amazing results. I have personally had a tummy tuck and liposuction and could not be any happier with my results. Additionally, she cares for my aging face ... slowing down time. With Botox and dermal fillers, along with laser skin rejuvenation, I've been able to turn back the hands of time. Bye Bye WRINKLES! I've enjoyed every year here, assisting patients and seeing the great results Dr Young attains while helping patients achieve their goals. Here's to many more wonderful years! !

Most unprofessional office & the office manager is RUDE. My appointment was scheduled for June 3rd there was a storm and their phones were down and I get it and was fine with being rescheduled. Told my job and everything that I could actually work that day. Well then a lady calls me MORNING OF June 3rd and says no the dr is here your appointment is at 2:45 I mention to the lady well hey are you sure because someone called me and said I needed to be rescheduled & even told her the lady said she was the office manager instead of checking and making sure she assured me everything was fine. So i tell my job hey change of plans they actually said they can see me today. 30 mins later I Turn around and get a call from them and she says “sorry for the inconvenience but we actually can’t see you today we won’t be able to see you until JULY 7th !! So not only did I have to go back and forth with them as far as if my appointment was still on or not NOW i have to wait a MONTH instead of being worked in due to the inconvenience and also the late notice. The manager then hops on the line & was rude and kept saying “Idk what to tell you” I even had to tell her don’t yell at me because she kept raising her voice to try and talk over me then said “I’m not about to argue with you. how UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I’m sure these issues won’t be addressed but if this is how the office manager treats the doctors patients I can only imagine how it would be if I had difficulties after surgery. It’s funny how my appointment is being cancelled last min and the people who are scheduled for June AFTER me get to come to their appointment but your making me have to wait a month when it’s the miscommunication of the manager to her staff but because she doesn't want to admit she made a mistake she instead is rude to patients smh as a office manager you should of made sure your employees were aware of what was going on before having them come to work and call people to tell them their appointment is good BEWARE!!!
