Understanding Arm Lift (Brachioplasty) Surgery

Brachioplasty, commonly known as an arm lift, is a surgical procedure designed to reshape the upper arms by addressing loose skin and stubborn fat deposits. Weight fluctuations and natural aging can cause skin stretching and tissue laxity, resulting in excess arm tissue that may impact personal confidence.

Comprehensive Arm Lift Procedure Goals

An arm lift procedure focuses on comprehensive upper arm transformation through multiple critical techniques:

  • Removing excess, sagging skin
  • Eliminating stubborn fat deposits
  • Tightening underlying connective tissues
  • Achieving enhanced muscular definition

Key Benefits of Arm Lift Surgery in Sugar Land

Patients seeking arm lift surgery can experience significant aesthetic and psychological improvements. The procedure enables individuals to feel more comfortable in various clothing styles and boosts overall self-confidence.

Confidence and Wardrobe Transformation

Many patients report newfound freedom in clothing selection, feeling comfortable wearing sleeveless and short-sleeved tops without self-consciousness about arm appearance.

Long-Lasting Surgical Results

Arm lift results are generally permanent when patients maintain a consistent, healthy lifestyle. While natural aging continues, the fundamental improvements in arm contour remain substantial.

Ideal Candidates for Arm Lift

Candidates typically include individuals experiencing significant skin laxity in the upper arms, often resulting from substantial weight loss or natural aging processes. A comprehensive consultation can determine individual surgical candidacy.

I went to Dr. Crosby for a scar revision. She stitched the side of the scar and never addressed the center of of the scar. No reduction of my 4cm x 2cm scar.

This is the second time we are in emergency room and still cannot reach you doctor . Last week the doctors at Methodist nasa specifically said it was necessary to remove cancer patient and my daughter’s implants because her body is rejecting them . After they called you numerous times you finally responded with a consultation visit ?!! They specified it was best for you to be the one to remove them since you were the one put them in . So now you expect for my daughter to wait for your availability date almost a month from now in pain and risking her life more through this … so if cancer didn’t take her down … you will put her life at risk ?!! Why ?!!! You wouldn’t schedule at first because she couldn’t provide proof of insurance… and now she provided it and she has to wait ?!!!Is this what you call being a caring doctor ?!!!I get it !!! You need to get paid and you don’t work for free ?!! Isn’t it logical for you to remove what you put in that her body is rejecting ??!! Do the human act ?!!!well at this point we are reaching out to our attorney because you have left us no choice and If anything happens to my daughter because of all this just know that I will not rest to see justice in this with you .

Dr. Melissa Crosby has one of the most pleasant, calming demeanors I’ve ever seen in a doctor or surgeon. Exceptionally gifted surgeon and with Angie at the front desk being super helpful, it takes takes a lot of the stress away. Can’t say enough good things about this talented group of ladies.

Dr. Crosby and her team is absolutely phenomenal, from Angie at the front desk down to doctors. The office is very professional and helpful. After my reconstructive breast surgery her team was always available to answer questions. Even though I am in the first stage the work she had done looks great I can’t wait to see the final results

Her desk staff are cold hearted, super rude and not helpful. Angie is very patronizing and not helpful at all! She does not care about patients!
