What good is having insurance if they won't even attempt to file it? So I have two forms of insurance I was just told that since they don't take my primary, they won't even attempt to file my sceondary and it'll be self-pay. My secondary is NOT a supplement and even after explaining to her that it probably would be a primary denial and that then as long as it was pre approved my secondary insurance would pay, they told me it would still be self pay. Welcome to the real world here, folks! It's all about the money. I am sad that they won't even try to work with me. Maybe I dodged a bullet. If you have another alternative, I'd think twice, just saying.........

Dr. Carlisle did a bilateral breast reduction and lift on me after years of suffering with body image issues and back/shoulder pain. The consultation went so well that I felt comfortable enough to book it quickly after that. Within three months, I had surgery and almost 8 weeks post op, I feel amazing! I have never been so confident in my body and felt this great. The whole procedure went very smoothly and he even called my husband after the operation to recap how it went. His team was also very attentive when I had questions after operation. The scars look great and everything is SO EVEN and proportional. I would recommend Dr. Carlisle and his team over and over again!

I would highly recommend Dr. Carlisle, Brooke and his team. I did quite a bit of searching and even paid a deposit with another surgeon but after meeting Dr.Carlisle and Brooke, I knew that’s who I needed to perform my surgery! His skill, bedside manner and demeanor is phenomenal. After having my 4 kiddos I have never been able to go to the pool, boat at the lake or go on vacation and throw on any swim suit - let alone a bikini and feel amazing in it! They do some amazing work! I am also very thankful for Dr. Carlisle and Brooke’s postoperative care! No one can quite compare to their team!

Dr. Carlisle and his team are AMAZING. I’d recommend them to anyone in a heart beat. I went for a breast reduction consultation in December of 2020, nervous as could be, but ready to get rid of my back/shoulder/neck pain. The consultation was thorough and he was extremely helpful with all my questions. I quickly got surgery booked for February of 2021 and my surgery went great. I was shocked at how light and different I felt from that day forward. My healing process wasn’t the typical or standard healing we were expecting for and I unfortunately got an infection in one of my incisions. Dr. Carlisle and his team worked with me to get me into the office to check things out and after going through antibiotics and several other options, I underwent a second surgery to get the infection out. This entire process was very scary to me and I am thankful for a surgeon that explained EVERYTHING to me. He was always very easy to contact whenever I had a question or concern and although I was an odd case, I am in LOVE with the outcome of my surgery. He is one of the best surgeons I have come across!
