I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Diane Duncan to correct an obstruction in my right nostril and make some cosmetic refinements. From the start, she set the expectation that my nose might not be perfectly straight, and that the changes wouldn’t be dramatic. I understood that, but I was hoping for more improvement than I got. Three years later, my nose is still crooked, and I don’t feel like my breathing has significantly improved. I do like how my profile looks after the bump was removed, but the biggest disappointment is the tip of my nose—it looks even more bulbous than before, especially when I smile. Beyond the results, the most frustrating part of my experience was discovering a blue suture still in my nose over a year after surgery—while I was eight months pregnant. I had been experiencing swelling and a persistent bad smell, which I assumed was just a sinus issue from pregnancy. When I found the suture and called the office, the staff seemed irritated with my questions and never followed up. Living in another state, I had to have my GP remove it, but not all of it came out. When I finally saw Dr. Duncan again, I tried to express my concerns, but she quickly changed the subject to me being a new mom, which made me feel dismissed. I know some people are good at steering conversations away from accountability, and looking back, I wish I had advocated for myself more. Ultimately, while I appreciate the slight improvement in my profile, this surgery caused me more stress than it was worth.

Let me start by saying I would give this place more than five stars. Dr Duncan did a great job on my breast implants. She's very kind friendly and she listens. Her staff is so kind and friendly it makes you want to come in every day. For a doctor office this is the friendliest staff I have ever met. You can tell that doctor Duncan and her staff cares about their patients. I would highly recommend this office if you wanted to get breast implants done. Just wanted to say Thank you to Dr. Duncan and her staff!!!!!!

Dr. Duncan is INCREDIBLE! I have never met a doctor with her level of caring, compassion, and integrity! Dr. Duncan listened to my concerns and suggested her new laser treatment, my results were astounding with no down time! I have already scheduled my second treatment! My skin looks and feels amazing! I highly recommend Dr. Diane Duncan and her team at Plastic Surgical Associates. They will meet you where you are and walk you through where you want to be! Wonderful experience from beginning to end! Thank you PSA!
