Dr. Baker and his staff, especially Nurse Kim Miller and Surgical Coordinator Valeria Martinez, have made my pre- and post-surgical visits something to look forward to. Dr. Baker was thorough in his explanation of the procedures and the after-surgery difficulties and care, he listened to my many questions and concerns and is a very kind and personable man. Nurse Kim is an awesome nurse and cheerleader. She made me feel like I was her only patient. Surgical Coordinator Valeria was sweet and very helpful knowing my personal logistic problems. This team is the best people I've ever worked with and I can't thank them enough for their kindness and consideration. I can't say enough good things about them and Georgetown University Hospital. Everyone went out of their way to make me as calm and comfortable as possible from reception to discharge.

Dr. Baker was very patient in answering my many questions prior to my surgery. He is very detailed and tries his best to give thorough information regarding what I can expect.
