Sal A. Farruggio, MD, FACS, is a board-certified plastic surgeon with over 25 years of experience in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Farruggio received his Bachelor of Science degree from Villanova University and attended medical school at New York Medical College, graduating in 1988. He trained in general surgery at Westchester County Medical Center and completed a rigorous training program in plastic surgery at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, including cosmetic surgery training at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City.

My experience with Dr Farruggio was absolutely fantastic. The results of my surgery far exceeded my expectations. His staff was excellent and made me very comfortable. I am so happy that I decided to do this in his on site operating room I felt much more comfortable than going to a hospital.

Dr. Sal and the team performed cosmetic surgery on my face. I had very little bruising and swelling after surgery. Most importantly, I had almost no pain during recovery. I took Tylenol for just a couple days. The team was so accommodating, kind and knowledgeable. Post-surgery, Dr. Sal and Michelle were willing to answer every single question or concern. I felt very safe in their hands the entire way.

I recently had cosmetic eyelid surgery performed by Dr. Farruggio. The procedure was a complete success. Dr. Farruggio’s expertise and precision were evident throughout the entire process. Although I am still healing I can already tell that the outcome is amazing. The customer service and Michelle who runs the office is exceptional. From the initial consultation to the post-operative care, the staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. They made sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way, which greatly eased any anxieties I had about the surgery. The office itself is state-of-the-art and exudes a sense of calm and reassurance. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into creating a welcoming and efficient environment for patients. The cleanliness, operating room, and overall ambiance contributed to a very positive experience. I highly recommend Dr. Farruggio to anyone considering eye lid surgery. The combination of amazing surgical skill, outstanding customer service, and a top-notch office makes for an unparalleled experience.
